KPV reconstitution calculator.
A tripeptide fragment of α-MSH with anti-inflammatory and gut-healing effects. A 10 mg vial in 2 mL water gives 5 mg/mL — most use 100–500 mcg daily.
★KPV dose ranges between 0.1 mg to 1 mg (100–1000 mcg/day)
Draw the plunger to 5 units on a U-100 insulin syringe.
That’s 0.050 mL of solution, or 250 mcg of peptide.
Reconstituting KPV, step by step.
- 1Draw 2 mL of bacteriostatic water.
- 2Inject slowly down the inside of the KPV vial.
- 3Swirl until clear — KPV dissolves easily.
- 4Refrigerate. Use within 30 days.
KPV questions, answered.
What's a typical KPV dose?+
Most people use 250–500 mcg daily for inflammation or gut issues. That's 5–10 units on a U-100 syringe from a 10 mg / 2 mL mix.
Subcutaneous or oral KPV?+
Subq is the default and has the cleanest dose-response. Oral KPV exists but absorption is variable — usable for gut-specific protocols, less ideal for systemic inflammation.
Does KPV stack with BPC-157?+
Yes. KPV adds an anti-inflammatory mechanism that BPC-157 doesn't have. The two run cleanly together at standard doses.
