Detox & Antioxidant · Reconstitution Calculator

Glutathione reconstitution calculator.

The body's master antioxidant. Injected for redox support, skin lightening, hangover prevention/recovery, and detox protocols. A 1500 mg vial in 7.5 mL bacteriostatic water gives 200 mg/mL — typical doses run 100–600 mg per shot.

★ How to reconstitute

Reconstituting Glutathione, step by step.

  1. 1Calculate water volume: divide the vial's mg by 200. A 1500 mg vial wants 7.5 mL (1500 ÷ 200) to land at the standard 200 mg/mL concentration.
  2. 2Draw the BAC water into a syringe (or split across multiple draws if you don't have a 10 mL syringe).
  3. 3Inject slowly down the side of the glutathione vial.
  4. 4Swirl gently — glutathione dissolves easily. Do not shake.
  5. 5Use immediately or refrigerate. Glutathione oxidizes quickly once reconstituted.
★ FAQ

Glutathione questions, answered.

How much BAC water for a 1500 mg glutathione vial?+

7.5 mL gets you the standard 200 mg/mL concentration (vial mg ÷ 200 = mL water). From there, 100 mg is 0.5 mL (50 units on a U-100 syringe), 200 mg is 1 mL (100 units, full syringe), and 600 mg is 3 mL — which exceeds a single insulin syringe, so use a 3 mL syringe or split across draws.

Glutathione for hangovers — what dose?+

Typical hangover protocol is 400–600 mg IV or IM the morning of (or evening before a heavy night). The high end of the range produces a noticeable lift in 30–60 minutes. Pair it with B-complex and saline if you want the full IV-clinic effect at home.

Why does reconstituted glutathione expire so fast?+

Glutathione (reduced form, GSH) oxidizes to glutathione disulfide (GSSG) on contact with air and water. Once mixed, it's degrading. Most protocols mix only what you'll inject that session, or freeze single-dose aliquots.

Subq, IM, or IV for glutathione?+

IV gives the cleanest pharmacokinetics — full dose delivered, peak immediately. IM is the home-injection version of IV with similar absorption, just slower onset. Subq works but bioavailability is lower. For hangover protocols, IM in the deltoid is the practical home version.
